By creating an account or using floridarealestateexampractice.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Payment and refund policy

Full access to the Service is available for a one-time payment of $19. This payment is non-refundable once access has been granted. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access is provided immediately and you waive any right to a refund.

Free tier access (30 questions) is available without payment and does not require a credit card.

No guarantee of exam passage

This Service is an independent study tool designed to help you prepare for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license exam. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that using this Service will result in passing the exam. Exam performance depends on many factors beyond the scope of practice questions alone.

Content accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our practice questions accurately reflect the content areas tested on the Florida real estate license exam. However, Florida real estate law and exam content may change. Content on this Service may not reflect the most recent exam changes, statutory amendments, or rule updates. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) or other authoritative sources.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or attempt to circumvent the paywall.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for access ($19). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
