Access and optional tips
The Service, including the full question bank, is free to use and does not require an account or payment. Creating an account is optional and is used only to save your progress across visits and devices.
You may optionally leave a one-time tip via Stripe to support the Service. Tips do not unlock any additional access or features and are non-refundable once processed.
No guarantee of exam passage
This Service is an independent study tool designed to help you prepare for the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license exam. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that using this Service will result in passing the exam. Exam performance depends on many factors beyond the scope of practice questions alone.
Content accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our practice questions accurately reflect the content areas tested on the Florida real estate license exam. However, Florida real estate law and exam content may change. Content on this Service may not reflect the most recent exam changes, statutory amendments, or rule updates. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) or other authoritative sources.
No affiliation
This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pearson VUE, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), or any other regulatory body. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
